I’m locked out of the ap

I went to theater for episodes 1-6 and would like to watch on the ap. It has a lock symbol and won’t accept my password and says error when I try to get new one sent to me.

I am trying to watch in portuguese, but when I send to my TV the only option is in english and no subtitles. I love this app, but this question is bad.

Tech problems

Trying to log in on Google TV is a nightmare. The system does not link to app. Over all someone is too greedy to make the program available without logging in. I regret giving $500 to the company now.
