This is such a terrible app. My blood pressure goes through the roof whenever I try to use it. Even signing in doesn’t work.

Bait and switch

Basic plan says 3 movies per month. But most movies are 25-32 credits. (You only get 34 credits per month).

My card keeps getting declined every single time I tried to use it and the support won’t offer any help. I will reach to my bank and report this company for fraud

Not worth it

Customer service isn’t the best. App has too many bugs and the fact that we can’t order tickets ahead of time is a big con for me. I don’t see anything that can bring me back, I’ll keep my amc stubs cause it’s better

service never works - unacceptable

It’s been 4-5 times that I cannot use the service. I reach out to support and they always say they cannot do anything and I have to wait 24 hours to try again. I don’t have free time every day to wait for them to allow me to use the service I’m paying for. Completely unacceptable it’s been going on for months. Cancelling my subscription immediately,
