So as the title suggests I do enjoy this app I just feel there are some things that need to be fixed. I love that there is a space to engage with different fans of some of my favorite groups like ZB1 or 8turn, but I wish I could follow the users and click on their accounts and actually message them on the app,rather than join a group chat on instagram or WhatsApp. I also wish for users that maybe I don’t like that when I block them I didn’t see a spot for where their post would be, when I block someone I would rather not see anything to remind me of them being on that app. To add onto that I wish with blocking it went both ways,if I block a user I don’t really want them to see my posts or interact with my posts. I also wish to be able to report spammers who cause the app to become laggy because they can’t handle not being in 01 on the fan ranking. I also do enjoy a dark mode but would like for it to be app wide and not just when I’m the community’s but also my notifications and the main menu as well as the option to switch between light and dark mode. I also love being able to share funny images and gifs but would love to also be able to share links to videos and quizzes as well as to share my own edits that I have made. I think if you add those things to this app it will make the app even better and create more activity as you won’t have people leaving for other apps just to be in a group chat or to post edits. I also feel as though we need a 24/7 moderator or AI to take down posts that are clearly offensive. In certain communities I have seen it take upwards of 8 hours for a very inappropriate user to be removed and that’s just not acceptable as it ruins the experience for all of us that are using the app. If you were to put these applications in place it would make the app more active and more enjoyable for all its users. Please take these suggestions into consideration.

I missed the light mode - if dark mode is added, then light mode should still be an option. My computer crashes whenever I scroll down. Please let us save GIFs instead of them being photos.

YOU NEED TO PUT A FILTER ON IT SO NO ONE CAN POST 18+ THINGS WE HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE ZB1 COMMUNITY CUZ OF SOME STOOPID JERK. u should also put a following feature for users to follow eachother and a save function for posts🫂

Unfair, Xenophobic, Biased, and VERY UNORGANIZED. Please sue MNET for these reasons. If they’re not that lazy to take an effort to update and improve this app, then there wouldn’t be any issues at all. Horrible. I’ve witnessed how most talented foreigners were being treated in “boys planet”, knowing that they do not want any foreigners who actually have TALENT. They prefer visuals over talent and that is disgusting!!
