SunLife Organics for Android

As they don’t take phone orders anymore, it took 10 minutes to find their website. 30 minutes to prepare one smoothie is to long. I wanted to buy more things but ordering online superseded the ability as I’d already paid for the smoothie & didn’t want to make an afternoon of it. Really, to bad. Their quality was good, but not worth the hassle.

The store was busy when I walked in and didn’t get an acknowledgment from anyone. I thought downloading the app would be more efficient so I downloaded. Had to enter my order twice and then payment info. For some reason I didn’t see anything under my orders, only the option to order again. I tried that and got a message that this location isn’t accepting mobile orders.

When I waited outside it was on “making order” after about ten min it changed to ready for pick up . When I walked in they said they were behind, which I understand in times like these, but confused because app said order was ready to pick up. I waited an extra 12 min and then they gave me my drink . I was confused because the phone said it was ready but people said it wasn’t, so next time I wouldn’t tell customer it is ready unless it actually is.

After multiple attempt to use this app and multiple installs, I give up! The order failure dialogue box does not provide any additional info to fix a potential problem. Live your product but dislike your app very much!

No food ordering app should be trying to reinvent the wheel. There are common practices that would make ordering 1000x easier through this app. Yet it is riddled with bugs, doesn’t update changes made to the profile, and drops my order half the time.
