goodish
It won't let you create points and calculate a linear regression, bare bones app
Thank you for providing a good calculator that keeps history and graphs in 2D/3D. I have used your Android app for a long time and love it. For this app, I see two things right off the bat that would make it better: - a perference to start as the calculator - the ability to strech the calculator window to be taller Thanks again.
After installing many calculators, this one is the only one that I kept. It is simple to use, keeps a running history, and has all the functions I need. A professional engineer, now retired with modest computing needs, when I do need something more capable, I write a program on the Android. Especially on the iPod, to begin something more complicated with a calculator is a little foolish. Good Grapher is well worth the money. It is also the one I use for simple daily, household needs.
This is an excellent graphing app for the Android OSX, and well worth the modest price of $5 that I paid. I primarily use this app for 2D graphing of algebraic equations, and it has been marvelous. This app also features a very useful "math solver" option for solving linear, quadratic, and other functions, in order to obtain x values (including imaginary numbers, when applicalbe) very quickly. This can come in quite handy at times for checking work if you are a student, and in a professional setting it can be a real time saver. There is only one "bug" that I have noticed to date. Occasionally, the color-selection function for changing graphed line colors will get stuck on a specific color and you cannot change it. Whenever that happens, I have to quit the app and reopen it, after which it works fine again and I can change the colors of graphed lines once again. Best yet, the app remembers the last equations that were entered into it, so no work is lost at all. Hence, this one isue is a rather minor one that may be addressed in a future update and certainly does not undermine the usefulness of the app. I have been using it for about a month now, and have no serious complaints but only high regard for the functionality of this utility. Thus, I consider this app to be a five-star graphing untility for the Android and I highly recommend it.
