I have to use this to click in and out, and it is a 10-step process. It will not save your username and it will not allow push notifications to be remembered (it informs my that cookies are not enabled, which is wrong).

We came to see the University and take the self-guided tour except that the accompanying map shows Queens, NY. How about assigning an app fix to the CIS students? This app is embarrassing to the University of Cincinnati.

UC doesn’t care about its students. That’s why this app is so poorly designed, maintained and updated. A year ago they “updated” it, but without actually improving or fixing what was complained about. The shuttle tracker is so unreliable you’re better off not trusting it, you will miss your shuttle every single time.

I downloaded this app purely for the shuttles, which I imagine is similar for a lot of students. Sometimes it works perfectly, but after a couple days it just says "internal server error" and you have to redownload the app. Sometimes, redownloading it doesn't work. For the amount of people who use this app for the shuttle function, you'd think it'd be a little more functional. People depend on this to get to class on time. It should work.
