The Asheville App for Android

I like being able to report potholes. The city usually comes out and fixes them quickly.

This app is not good enough for a city the size of Asheville with a budget for software. Photos don’t upload consistently. The Android app is buggy and parts of the screen turn gray when scrolling. I could not get a photo to upload using the web version of the app. Please shop this to a new vendor.

This is a great way to help citizens report problems to the city. I wish it had some more features . It would be nice if we could pay our water bill and so on in the app.

As others have said, the idea is great but it is basically worthless if every ticket just gets marked as complete and the city never does anything about it. As a side note, the “Find Parking” option is using BlackBerry’s icon for some weird reason which is almost certainly a trademark violation

This app is worthless if you want to get any issues resolved. Very typical of Asheville city council, just pass the buck to someone else. Don’t waste your time, unless that’s all you have is time...
