iPad issues

I downloaded an paid for the subscription. $10 is a relative bargain. But I cant seem to get it to sync with my Mobile. Only on my Android. Both use the same Google ID. There has to be a way to fix that problem. If anyone else had the same issue please let me know how to fix it.

App not working

I can not load the app unless I delete then download the app. But after I load one magazine it freezes again. It is useless at this point. Please fix. Using Android XS Max.
