Can’t view ID Card or add to Apple Wallet

The “view or send ID card” feature on the app doesn’t work. Try to click on ID card and nothing loads. Also, there is there not an option to save ID card to Google Wallet.

App does not save to my phone

I had an issue with the app so I uninstalled it. Now it NEVER adds to my phone, when I go to the App Store and try to download it again. It only works through a browser. This is the WORST!!

Update needed but app is updated to latest update

Cannot use use app as it says it is outdated and need to run newest version. My phone and apps are fully updated and cannot even access cloaks using computer and internet.

Pretty awful

Buggy and barely serviceable. Having updated to the very latest version I then got a persistent notification saying the app needed to be updated to the latest version…hmmm. Just feels wholly clunky. Considering how much money we pour into the insurance industry you’d think the app would be world class. Not so!
