I used to use the IBX app w/no issues but this is terrible. It won’t let me log in. I tried a wrong password, and it rejects that right away. I use the right one, and it spins and spins and then says I am not connected to the internet- while I wrote this review of their terrible app. I just want a digital ID card and can’t get it. Nothing hard. My auto insurance does it quickly. This doesn’t. I called in to find out why the app wouldn’t work and the representative told me that the app is not that stable and they get a lot of complaints but opening in chrome is usable. I went to their site on Chrome and all the problems were gone. The App is crap. Use their website (in Chrome).

I downloaded this app thinking that it would work, little to know is horrible. You can login with he same use as the other one and it crashes each time. Not worth it.

Can never login and constantly get an error or it spins. It’s 2022, let’s gooooooo.

This app either crashes, can’t open if you’re not on WiFi or simply can’t log you in. It’s far behind in terms of apps for other health plans. Please update everything as I’d like to see claims, ID cards etc without issues.

For a billion dollar company. You can’t figure out how to make an app that actually works. That’s embarrassing.
