UPDATE: Two people reached out to let me know the issue was resolved, but it wasn’t. I let them know and the next day received an email that the issue was resolved and thanking me for my patience. I also received a voicemail. Awesome customer service and I’m SO HAPPY to finally be able to order again! ===== It won’t allow me to select a pickup or delivery, it says there are no times available, no matter what store I choose and what address I enter, then shows an error. It’s been like this for several days. It’s so frustrating to not be able to get groceries from meijer (we cannot leave our home). Hopefully it will be fixed at some point so we can shop at meijer again.
Loved the convenience of ordering thru app for curbside pickup. For over a month, I get an error when attempting to place an item in to the cart. Trying to order thru website? Still can’t. The location search area spins and I am never able to load or add anything to cart. When i contacted Meijers thru customer service email, they said it was a known problem that was being worked on. Over a month ago. No change. No message on the website or app of the problem. Very disappointed.
For the last month, my app has been stuck on a Meijer location 30+ miles from my house and I cannot change it- the app gives me an error message.
It seems that most sales items are either poor quality items or out of stock.
