App keeps telling me it can’t find an account for my email despite the fact that I just made the account with the email and confirmed it. I can’t even log in what’s the point

Used to be so much better

Used to be a great system, not anymore. Text updates are gone, refill statuses get caught in limbo where it’s listed as if you’ve already picked it up but it was never updated as in progress so you have no idea what’s going on. The pharmacists have basically advised me not to rely on it.

I updated the app now it does not work. Please fix your app so we can use it. Looks like your IT has no idea what they are doing.
