Used to be so much better

Used to be a great system, not anymore. Text updates are gone, refill statuses get caught in limbo where it’s listed as if you’ve already picked it up but it was never updated as in progress so you have no idea what’s going on. The pharmacists have basically advised me not to rely on it.
