Where's Elmo? False Advertising.

The app works fine on my Mobile but the app has Elmo's face and the app is called Elmo Loves 123s so I was definitely expecting Elmo to be in the app. I am seeking a refund because Elmo is nowhere to be seen after the intro and you only hear his voice. False advertising.
