1. You must use the app with specific green and yellow color standards on a pink target board in order for the DGCI to be computed accurately.

2. Read the results: DGCI, and for corn, a SPAD equivalent and nitrogen application recommendations based on university research when using high-Nitrogen reference strips.

3. GreenIndex+ determines the DGCI (Dark Green Color Index) of plant leaves.

4. Use the FieldScout GreenIndex+ app to measure the chlorophyll content of your plants and compute nitrogen application recommendations to maximize your production.
