I am now a Keto expert and “diet fluid” as Joe Rogan‘s guest recommends. I started out at 179#, when I found this app, after living a lifetime with my weight in the 120s! I had gained my weight in the usual way through life changes and injury. I was as the famous reboot author says, “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” and at a loss at how to lose any substantial amount of weight and I was very motivated. I dove right in. Keto really works well and this app made it easy. My weight loss down to 143# was steady, exciting, and fun. As the pounds literally melted off, I had a blast learning all the crazy stuff around Keto, like cloud bread! And how to eliminate keto flu. (Keto flu? What’s thaaaat? Lol). So, like everyone else on a learning curve, I gained some weight back but ignored it for a year or two until I got up to 163! Well, getting out of the 150s and into the 160s almost did it until the accompanying and typical medical diagnosis of HTN reared it’s ugly head. And then LVH - caused by the HTN. So guess what turns those medical confitions around? Yep, wt. loss & aerobic exercise. But already being an expert in the extremes of the keto diet, I was able to hop right back in - with the standard edits we make as experts to this diet (like all the veggies I want, frequent fruits-no more craziness) And now I am happily under 148# once again! Eating better than ever and this time I’m not going back! Hey 130#! Here I come!

LOVE the ease of keeping track, really works on so many levels But there are what appears as repeated food choices especially “raw” meats. Hard to find ingredients.
