This app used to work perfectly for a number of years. However, over this past year it stopped opening. There have been several iOS updates since it was last updated — which looks like it was 3 years ago. We’re now on Mobile iOS version 14. Will the app be updated and all bugs fixed some time soon — PLEASE?
Such a useful app when it works. But it rarely does. My current problem won’t link to the gateway. Says we’re no in the same wi-go but we are. So frustrating. Why won’t they fix this app?????
Ive been using Follow Me TV since I got Nulink 5 years ago. I updated to Android XR. Now it wont work. Cannot find media gateway even though its listed. Contact Nulink who says call ARRIS, ARRIS says call Nulink. No one at Nulink even knows what Follow Me TV is. So what do I do? I cannot set up recordings except by going in TV and having to use the slow alphabet to try to find shows to record. Someone needs to take this responsibility. I also contacted WOW who never answered
