Continual need to login

The app is updated regularly. Unfortunately each time that happens I’m logged out. I then need to log back in and create a pin, and enable Face ID again. Please fix this so it remembers the log in across updates. It’s really tedious.

Horrible

Possibly the worst app ever. Constantly asking me to login and go through tedious steps every time I open the app. Ridiculous. The UI and the UX is horrible. it has a Feedback button in the app which then goes to an error page. I need I go on?

Not good for getting help with problems

The app has sadly limited utility when one needs concrete information or there is a problem connecting abroad. Thus one can end up with no service and consequently no access to banks etc which want to use two factor authentication - with the ultimate irony being when this leaves one unable to pay the mobile phone bill!

So chaos, much buggy.

There's only one reason I switched providers away from EE: their account website and app are *insanely* buggy. You would think that every business will get at least their payment system in order. Not EE. No-oh. Stay away my friend.
