Dear Publix web designers, I work as a cashier and I just ordered my first sandwich online. i also TRIED to use my clipped coupons and order them via Publix insta art and just through public and I WSS UNABLE to use my clipped coupons for grocery order. It was sad. Also I am cashier worker so I see that at the register people must enter their phone number and then all of the coupons “should be applied at the register. This was a problem for a costumer trying to use a 4 dollar off digital coupon 8 tried serval times and then got my manager, Alex who is a great trouble shooter BTW and with her the machine locked up and I had to go to a completely different register. The costumer did not get the coupon… and that was Alex’s call to make. The customer showed me the digital coupon but for whatever reason the machine locked up and would not give her the discount, although it said that she had out in her phone number and then I was required to enter her phone number again.
Have loved using this app but today I got an “update required” message. Should not have been an issue but now it appears to be stuck in update mode. Never had this issue with any other app.
I’m not a fan of doing reviews but I have to say that Publix on Douglas Road has the best Deli Department ever I go every week and have to say they all treat me like family we laugh never seeing anyone that works in the Deli department with a bad attitude I truly enjoy my trip to your Deli Department!
