Like others, I’ve experienced nothing but problems from the app. It takes forever to load almost every link/option on the app, and you’ll usually still get an error message telling you to contact Customer Service. I’ve added my prescription number 3x now and yet it never loads my prescription in the app anyways. For Publix to be the most expensive grocery store in the area, that money is definitely not being invested in the app which is a necessity these days. Get with the times Publix!
As of 7/4/2022 the Publix RX App does not work, load or respond. Open all all I get is the spinning icon. If it does load the sign on page it just goes to an error page. Please fix, this app does help to manage my prescriptions and orders.
Doesn’t load anything. Absolutely useless to have. Cant even add prescriptions.
The worst apps I’ve ever used. Pharmacy auto fill reminders stopped working and trying to log in is impossible. Prompts take you in a circle. Grocery app delivered a quick pick order and 15 minutes later my full grocery order. Kroger, here I come.
Not only would it not let me fully put my order in when I was trying to prepay. This was my whole reason for getting the app as it was advertised skip the lines. Then when I check my bank account the payment had gone through on my end but not on Publix end. I called customer service and they said call the pharmacy. The pharmacy said there is nothing we can do so I call Shriner service back. Guess what they are closed! It feels like the lady on the other end did not want to actually help me but instead wanted to get off work. Terrible app would not recommend it’s been forty minutes since I first paid and nothing has come of it. I am beyond livid and I want my money back and for my prescription to be transferred.
