I wish I had read the customer reviews before I purchased this app. It did not convert a simple pdf to word, it converted it to a blank page. Waste of money, wish I knew how to get my money back?

Product does not do what it claims. Converts only parts of the text of the flyer I was trying to reproduce in word. No images, not even all the words. No support available that addresses the problem. I want my money back!
Installed and tried to convert a very basic pdf with all text, no images. Would not convert into text file, only thing that would show up was "**************************** Page 1****************************" Nothing more. When I tried to convert into a word format it made an uneditible image of the page and put it into a word format. There were no edit capability. Huge waste of money!!
