Love the concept but the count is way to fast
Excellent for getting in a quick workout, just need more than 5 min. Should be qt least 15-20 min instead. Slower count is needed when performing the exercise.
The short but effective workout are great to do as a stay at home mom with two kiddos. I do the workouts with my oldest who is 5yrs old, in between cleaning, homeschooling and when I just want a quick pick me up.
