This App is ALWAYS problematic…. gets hung up set up loops and NO Way to return to main menu. BEYOND FRUSTRATING
I’ve been to all the Disney parks in the US and by far this was my worst experience ever. The times listed on the rides are inaccurate, they have posted on both the line and on the app lower times than what it really was. One ride was posted as 45 minutes and it took 75 minutes, while another ride was posted as 55 minutes and it took a full two hours! It’s no longer the happiest place on earth. I will spread the word of my experience to family and friends and to think twice. They should opt to go to Universal Studios or Busch Gardens.

The app is terrible. Nothing is syncing correctly between my family’s phones. We are getting other people’s pictures. Pictures are watermarked despite paying for photo pass. Lightning Lane reservations keep disappearing on us after they are made. It keeps telling me to buy genie +; but we have it. Thanks Chapek, you are ruining Disney. Likely not visiting again till this crap show is gone.
