By the time “new listings” are posted, they’re already rented or have 40+ applicants. Very frustrating and unreliable app. DO NOT BOTHER!
Seen some rentals on here for a good price but they want a lot of money down for the place. Realtors rarely respond to your request for applications. Good chunk of homes are listed by “invitation homes” or other companies like them and they are a crappy companies to lease from. Why would I pay the price for a rental when I could just buy a home and build equity on it and my mortgage payment could be cheaper. It’s a good app to look at and easy to use.
What’s really available? Uploads don’t work. Makes you frustrated. No human contact by phone. Nobody to help with Web. Nightmare
App creates a random email instead of asking you to sign in. I then signed into my real email and it lost all of my apartment saves I have made. That is poor UI design and should be fixed. It should just ask to sign into an email on the very first screen. I figured it was using my Google ID and it wasn’t
I have looked at about 24 houses Literally We got scammed out of about $700 in all app fees Renu management Hampton and Hampton A few more to name is scamming why Zillow would have companies like this is crazy!
