Been using for over a year. Suddenly, calls don’t go through anymore.
I get “leads” which stated they aren’t ready to talk to an agent. I was told when I signed up that these leads were vetted. This is not true. I also just received a “lead” for a person that wanted help with a place 4 days ago and it stated that the lead did not answer when Zillow reached out to them but they sent it to me anyway. I’m sure this is counted as one of my so called leads.
I’m getting people who are not looking to buy with a buyer’s agent. Igor was only looking for the listing agent’s contract information, nothing else. Laura Fusco isn’t looking to buy in Fl at all, she’s looking all over the US.

I was swindled into spending $1000/mo for six months. I have about two months left on the contract. They charge a massive fee for cancelling (2x your monthly payment). I have not made even half of what I’ve spent. This is a SCAM. ONLY Now I’m learning about DOZENS of agents with the exact same experience. The don’t filter leads and you’ll get nothing but garbage, waste of time phone calls of random people either tire kicking or bored at home. You’ll also receive phone calls at hours that are unacceptable. I have a screen shot of a call from 8:25PM that also went nowhere. If you miss a single call, it affects your answer rate and they give you even fewer leads. EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE. If you enjoy working at your brokerage, don’t let this parasite infect you and drain your profits from all the good leads you get. There needs to be a class action suit on this service.
