Fake app

I have booked my trip while I’m in US. Trip was two city in India from Mumbai airport. When I arrived at airport no driver was there to recover me. Driver number make my trip provided was switched off. I tried there help desk but that useless. Please don’t fall for this app. I wasted my money and time. It’s fake.

Worst service

They had charged for hotel room 4500 rs per room and given me worst dharmasala in Badrinath which is not worth 500 rs also. Shown pictures were good of room but actually it was so dirty and bathrooms were so ugly and toilet seats were broken and bed sheets were ugly and they had mentioned free Wi-Fi and geezer in bathroom but nothing was there. In morning 4.30 am person is walking outside the room with the bucket of hot water and shouting take hot water and that was also chargeable. Location was wrong and so difficult to reach.

They are running a fraud service under tripmoney do not fall for the trap. Don’t block your money. There is no way to transfer your balance money to your account. I have been trying to get my money back over 6 weeks still unsuccessful. The card fails to work at most international outlets. I tried in hua hin.
