Lao Language Guide & Audio for Android

App didn't provide sound on any of the words I tried nor for the audio lesson. I'd be willing to try again if this was fixed. Format seems easy if it had audio.

Great app to Learn basic Lao phrases. It has sound for some words, but not all, but it helps with the most simple ones like numbers and greetings. I recommend to anyone visiting Laos or learning the language to take a look at this app.

My family speaks the language fluently, so i've been wanting to learn. It turns out many of the phrases are actually Thai and some have very awkward vocabulary, some of the big phrases can be said in much simpler words. Some if the grammar I completely off as well. Also, the foreigner in the audio says "penis" multiple times instead of "I". It should be mentioned that the inflection is very important when speaking Lao. One slip and you're saying a completely different word.

I love the fact that there is a Laotian app but it is very limited. Please don't make this a useless app cause we already have alot of people that aren't interested in the people and country and cause we definitely need people to understand us better in order help Lao people so we don't lose our culture and language like the American Indians!!!

I know way more words that aren't in here but I downloaded it since my grandparents moved back to Laos and I forgot ALOT of words.
