When I downloaded the app, it required an update within the app, not through the App Store. I don’t know too much about app security and regulations Google requires to put an app on the App Store, but it seems that an in-app download is an attempt to bypass these rules. Also, to view more than the first 50-100 words of each section, you must purchase an activation of roughly $9. You won’t get any useful information from this app without “updating” and paying for it, so I’d suggest lookin for a better source for information.
