Denny's for Android

I made the order three days ago which came to $36.97 and paid for it through the app. Upon arriving at the Denny’s store, they made me wait 52 minutes (hostage) then they told me that half my order is missing because they have run out. I asked them to cancel my order and reached out to support four times so far for a refund. Their online support forwards me to the local store and the local store forwards me to their online support for the past three days. Not only did I receive my order, I was charged full price (no refund) and so far wasted three days and still no refund. I recommend that no one uses this app and go through similar trouble and disrespect that I have gone through so far.

For the last 3 months the app refuses to let me login. In fact, I can’t login online either.

When you go into a category app will not allow you to go back into all categories, so you need to click on other categories until you find one that lets you click on the top left to get back menu.

I have tried numerous times in the app and their website to get access to Rewards that have been sent to me. Unfortunately I log in and then select all the options I am supposed to select and then get asked to Log in again. It’s been this endless nonstop loop that is maddening. Denny’s has definitely lost out on a lot of potential business because of how ridiculous this is.
