I was charged for a purchase but never received the tickets and the purchase doesn’t show up in my history.
For some reason the app developers have decided to grace every single paying member, as a thank you for having just spend money within the app, with up to FIVE (!!!) SPAM POPUPS in a row after every single transaction. What an insult to the paying patrons of a company.
I’ve had to reinstall the app 3x. It will work for a few days and then go right back to not showing movie information. All I can see is my account information. Nothing else will populate. I have to use the webpage to buy tickets or see movie times. Such a disappointment.
I’ll give a better review when the app works. It says my internet isn’t working, but it’s working for my other apps. Not to mention that it shouldn’t rely on my internet as I have unlimited cellular! I have tried it on my phone, tablet and my husbands phone and tablet. What’s the purpose of an app if you have to google it instead? Not a happy camper!
