Doesn’t work at all

It scans the QR and then stops working. It reports there’s an updated version and tells you to download it from the App Store but there’s no new version on the App Store - 15Aug2020 update. Remains a completely useless application. I updated to the latest version and even reboot the Android. The app appeared to scan the QR code on a brand new server and then displayed a spinning circle for 10 minutes. I looked up the service tag with Safari on the same Android, no issues with that, so it’s not about internet service. What the heck is wrong with you Dell?

Buggy and crashes a lot

Come on Dell, you charge a premium for your devices. Show some love to the app developers. If the product isn’t ready, don’t release it.

Absolute garbage

Scans the QR code, then hangs - on a brand new r440 edge server. Completely useless, just like their BTLE app which keep popping up dialog boxes about certificates.

Doesn’t work as expected

Same problems as others reported. Buggy. Doesn’t work. Browse leaves a blank white page, Crashes. Says there’s an update but no update in App Store. I’m not able to use this app. Waste of time. Hope Dell gets their * together
