App is broken, Relix stole my $6.99

Great mag, but the app is broken. I subscribed via the app, got charged yet nothing is accessible. When I try to restore subscription from within the app, I get an error. If I try to purchase subscription again, it says I already have a subscription. Vicious cycle. Submitted feedback via app requesting help, no response. Relix stole my $6.99, I want a refund.

Numerous times I’ve been asked to pay for issues even though I’m a subscriber. With the most recent issue I’ve requested help four different times with no response or correction.
