Misleading

I don't mind paying for products. But I do mind being misled. Having gone through the downloading, setting up an account and email verification, with no mention of a fee except at the end...being asked which subscription do I want to pay for is misleading. Yes, this is a small deception but why would I trust these people with access to something of greater importance like my computer. No thank you

Gif recording is super buggy since the last update

It used to create gifs flawlessly. Now, it fails about 70% of the time. I'll click `Record`, then click `Finish Recording`, but nothing happens. The icon is still the stop button and there's still a `Finish recording` option. The only way to try again is to click `Cancel and Delete Recording` and try again.

They need to get it together

I've chatted with them a lot - more than many companies. Stuff just doesn't work as advertised. I get that they're a small team, but it's tough to recommend because of the reliability. Basic use? Sure - power user? Look elsewhere, seriously. They seem to be in over their heads and problems take a looooong time to fix. They're very kind, but they don't seem to have enough people to fix the issues that are in the app.
