Wrong date on ticket and buggy app

Purchased tickets for an event and a parking ticket. The parking date is incorrect (and it’s for a date in the past which makes absolutely no sense). I checked my email order confirmation where the dates were correct so something is wrong with the app. I only downloaded the app because they said it was the only way to receive the tickets but it’s a ploy to get you to download their crappy app as they emailed the tickets to me anyway. And fortunately the emailed tickets all have the correct date unlike the buggy app.

Expensive and bad user experience

Ticketing fee is extremely high and am forced to install the app to get my tickets.

Double charges

I bought tickets to an event and they charged me twice, overdrafted my account, and then said “it’s a pending charge it will fall off in a couple business days”… 5 week days later I had to file a dispute with my bank it was not pending it was a full charge. Will not consider using again because I’ve never had another service do that.
