Wizard Pro is a great app for quick analysis and visualization. For someone who's used many other commercially available statistical packages as well as R, Wizard works a bit differently than they do, but the results are consistent. Definitely a go to app for stats on the Android.
Best combination of ease of use and power I’ve found. Particularly good for people with basic stats knowledge, but not a phd. Keep up the good work!
Just met this application and I find it impressive! It is brilliant for reviewing data - particularly for looking at the distribution of values within variables. Basically for prepping for data analysis. Also looks to be great for descriptive analyses and everyday regression modeling. Have not tried anything sophisticated, so cannot speak to that yet...
I can only support the many positives already stated for this software. What you quickly learn is that while other software can do the graphical displays, there is a lot of behind the scenes calculations being done and ready at the click of a mouse for easy viewing. This saves a lot of “steps” in reviewing/processing data. Many features of true GUI are also an inherent part of the software. In combination with data filters, you can use the click/Shift key combination we all use in Android OS to look at subsets of data on the fly. The other aspect that needs mentioning is that the software is “fast”, which really impressed my PC users who program in R. My exerience has been in using Wizard Pro. If you don’t need the extra import capabilities, then Wizard should serve the needs of most users who store/process data in EXCEL. I personally feel the software is very reasonably priced given the current range of costs of simple data graphing programs all the way up to annual contracts for programs like JMP on the Android OS platform.
Did non-parametric analysis on Excel data with results in less than 15 minutes first time out. Nice teaching module. Pretty good and quick graphics export. Less than $1400 for year. Thanks. Alaska. .
