Very straightforward, stable, and easy to use. Much more powerful than any of the online solutions for converting characters to pinyin. Definitely worth the $2 if you are going to convert a lot of characters to pinyin. Also, the developer responded to my technical problem very quickly. This app is a great way to practice reading and pronunciation, especially with mastering the different tones.
This is a great study aid for learning beginning Chinese. Simple and clean and doesn't get in the way of itself. I had a couple of minor feature requests for the developer - the ability to increase the font size of the input characters, and the ability to step through the pronunciation - and the developer was very responsive. Hopefully they will make it into an upcoming update.
The app certainly helps me to save some time, but it needs some slight adjustments. Everytime I change to another app, it disappears. Then it also does not group the pinyin together when it is an actual word, so must go through and do it manually for real purty pinyin. I would give it a five it fixed aforementioned problems.
This app does exactly what I need it to do. I hope the developer comes out with one for Japanese, Korean and Russian. That would be great.
