Nothing works properly from your recent update. I can’t place an order. An error message comes up when I scan the barcode for points. Please debug the bugs you added from the last update.
The app hasn’t worked since the last update. Please correct the issue
App is fairly straightforward. Able to “Choose Two” or buy individual items/entrees. But you can only add or remove toppings. For example, our location now toasts the croissant for the Harvest chicken salad sandwich. I would prefer it not toasted. There is nowhere in the app to add a comment. This could also apply to those with allergy requests. Please add a comment box in the customization section of the app.
Always very frustrated while trying to order online. A lot of ingredients I know they have are not listed. For example the description of the Green Goddess salad states that the salad comes with Green Goddess dressing. However when you try to order it in order to put it in your cart you must choose a dressing. That would be ok but Green Goddess Dressing is not included as a choice. Chose no dressing figuring i can circumvent the problem but then got no dressing! Also with the spuds I could not order the addition of broccoli. Not one of the veggie choices in customizations although the stores have it because it is one of the ingredients in the veggie spud. Very frustrating. Lastly had some coupons from a mailer for money off orders. I tried to enter the promo code but it said the promo code could not be used on this order. No explanation why. Very frustrating
Since updating yesterday the app no longer will allow me to view the menu or place an order. It just times out and gives an error message.
