Glad I didn’t give up on this app

Love this app. I have almost 500 recipes stored in it and have used it for years. I almost gave up, but have managed to find work arounds to deal with all the issues. I was thrilled when it was finally updated. Please, please, please update the Mobile version as well. The phone version is nice for looking up ingredients while I’m in the store, but it’s much nicer to use the Mobile while cooking or baking. Thank you.

Good App

Love this app and have used it for years to keep track of my recipes but a great feature would be to add your own categories along with changing and adding sub categories

Poor Customer Support

I have had this app for 6 years now. I’ve never been able to reach Customer Support. When you click on Contact or email a wierd page pops up about design. Can’t get my Android and Mobile to link. Followed directions about Wi-Fi etc. If there is no support, what good is this app?

2 apps

Please help. I have 2 different apps that don’t communicate. I have loved this app for years. I have put the new app on my Mobile and can finally move recipes from my Android, but the Mobile app does not fill my Mobile Pro screen. Please help with that. The old Mobile app had a full screen and turned so nicely. Please please fix!!

Two different apps

Not cool anymore. There are now two different versions of the Recipe Box and they don’t talk to each other. Use to load recipes into the Recipe Box on my Mobile, which I preferred to use on the kitchen counter. Always exported recipes to my Android, so I could check the ingredients list while shopping. Then my phone decided to auto-update to Recipe Box To Go, and my Mobile recipes decided that they could no longer interchange with my Android. So there you have it, basically unusable for me. Got to go to another app, though don’t know where or how the heck I’m going export all those recipes to a different app.
