STAY AWAY! Cloud Render is SLOW

If you want to use a package that TexpadTex can't typeset, you are forced to use their snail paced cloud typsetter. The non-app store version has support for MacTeX, but not if you buy from here and Valletta should be more clear about this. What's worse is buying from their website directly is even cheaper than through Google, plus they don't allow refund if you buy from the wrong source. Overleaf feels like a rocketship compared to this Ibiza....

Love it, but I expect Vim key binding

After using overleaf for years, I switched to local LaTex editor becuase of the compiling speed requirement. The UI looks fantastic, it can automatically clear temp files, it is smart enough to find installed texlive by homebrew, and the compiling is live. I love it.

Good until you need a package thaht is not supported

Should have read the small print – this version only supports a subset of LaTeX. External LaTeX distributions only work it the version purchased from the developer's website, and they will not honor an App Store purchase for that version.
