Bad service all the time my order delays 2 or 3 hrs. But today it's unexpected delay 4 hrs up to now and order not yet confirmed from restaurant, it's time to change this app last order for me is this
البرنامج للأسف سيئ والخدمة والموظفين فاشلة مايصير كل مرة اطلب تصير معاي مشكله مرات يخصمون مني المبلغ والطلب ملغي ومرات اطلب وأنطر آخر شي السايق داق علي موصل حق منطقة ثانية العنوان يطلع حق المطعم غلط و غيرها من المشاكل الزايدة هالفترة ، للأسف افشل شركة توصيل مطاعم
Happened multiple times where I pay for an order only to find out the restaurant hadn’t received the order and hard to reach customer service, so I end up getting “Talabat pay credit” instead of getting it back into my bank account. So disappointed. The app keeps lagging but I thought it was a connection issue. Please solve this. With all due respect
