Zero usability

Think of this app like a shared storage folder that pics and vids get thrown into. You don't need an account of any kind to access stuff. There is no naming convention, or intuitive usability of any kind. You only have the ability to sort "content" by service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, etc.) and then the user has zero control of anything after this. No search. No identity. No content of worth. I clicked on a link for a Change of Command, and it opened up a web browser where I could access the "live stream" event. The option was available to open it in the app, so I tried it... Nothing. Just went to the blank splash page and continued to be worthless.
