I used this app five years ago when I got into “running”. I started again and fired it back up. Constance is there cheering me on and I’ve started not to hate her when she says “time to jog” The only problem I have is when she says we’re halfway there, if I’m listening to music the music volume won’t go back up to the level it was before she spoke. I have to pause and resume the music for the volume to be at the same level. One time I raised the volume and then when she spoke again it was very loud and I jumped into that “run” section
Probably one of the most functional and effective apps out there. The gradual progression is perfect.
Near the end of every workout I see that I have been logged out of the app. Without facial recognition I have to stop everything and try to login again. I am so tired of it I am dropping the app. This does t feel like it is targeting an adult community. Moving to a more professional product.
I never write reviews but I've been using this app for years and I went from someone who despised running to someone who loves it. Totally worth the money. Has tracked my progress over years and I love seeing myself improve. 10/10
I absolutely love the app! I don’t have a problem hearing the cues (it also buzzes on my Google Watch) for walking and jogging! I’m on week 6! First going to complete this training program then work on my speed! But it honestly works. I couldn’t run for 5 minutes straight and I completed the 20 minute run this past weekend! I’m jogging and going slow, but it has definitely improved my endurance! Next will be to work on time, now that I know I can run a mile straight, I want to try to slowly make the time better! I LOVE this app!
