Nice ap. User friendly and easy to learn. It has several levels to work up to. Self paced or timed. Video clips available showing routines, if necessary. Challenging and informative. There are several workouts with 3 different positions in each aiming at various parts of the body.
I am a race walker working her way toward a 1/2 marathon. I use the app for core & band work. This is sufficient for my needs. I finally figures out the timer which helps. My only criticism is there is no sound on the instructional videos.
I bought this because it had videos to demonstrate the ball & band exercises. This REALLY WORKS for a beginner!!! Loving it so far.
The instructional videos are helpful, but wish there were workout guide videos to follow along with instead of having to press the next button after completing each exercise move.
