Why is it available in USA if it’s not available overseas?

Hello I’m an American who fairly speaks Korean and I thought this app was perfect to watch NCT LIFE on but it says “시즌은 해외 지역에서 사용하실 수 없습니다” Which I think is just straight up stupid. Fix this please or just don’t make the app available in USA.

Why on usa app store???

I don’t understand WHY this is on the usa App Store when it’s not available in usa??? WHY?? Just take it off the American app store!!! Also say ‘NOT available in USA’ in the description. But also WHY??? I would be more than happy to give you my money to watch shows. A completely dumb business move.
