Period Diary Pro for Android

What happened?

I’ve been using this period tracker for a very long time. I don’t even know how long. Like way back when I got my first smart phone - 2012/2013ish? It’s always worked great, simple to use with just the right amount of features. Not too crazy but still plenty to work with. Well, I haven’t really used it in 2 years, because in 2020 I got pregnant, then after my baby was born in 2021, I exclusively breastfed which delayed the return of my period until recently when I weaned my baby. Now I need to start tracking again, and I can’t get the app to do anything. Every time I open it, it says “syncing data” but never really does anything, just spins & spins forever until I finally give up and close the app. Now I’ve come here looking for answers and see that it hasn’t been updated in about 4 years. Looks like it’s been abandoned. Guess I’ll have to look elsewhere for a new app? I really liked this one though. Only paid like $2-3 when I first got it and it’s served me well for the last decade or so. These days it’s hard to find any useful apps that don’t require a subscription or are over-the-top packed with unnecessary extra features. Hope I don’t have to go back to the old-fashioned method of trying to discretely track it on a paper calendar or planner where nosy people could get into it. Edit: the reviews don’t give me an option to publicly reply to the developer’s response, only private contact, so I’m adding further comments here. To the developer: I definitely do NOT want the app changed…. No where did I say that. I just got done saying how much I liked it the way it was. But most apps have updates every so often to keep up with updated iOS systems and to fix bugs & problems that crop up, without significantly changing the user experience itself. Just fixing background issues. The fact that this hasn’t been updated in four years, is still a concern. And you still didn’t address the problem that I can’t even currently use the app at all. And most of the replies to other people having the same issues are similarly unhelpful. So while I’m glad to know that the app has been acquired by someone else, and isn’t completely abandoned, so far the new owners are proving about as useless as no owners at all. As things stand, I still think I need to find a new app/method of tracking, unless the app is updated/fixed.

App doesn’t display moods in the calendar view, only symptoms and notes. Please fix!

Hello I love this app and use is for many years. Last Saturday I restored my Android I can’t access to my account, I need to recover because I have my information since 2016, i need help.

I’ve had this app for a long time than 1 day I started losing info so I logged out and tried logging back in.. since than I’ve been unable to.. keep getting an error saying to try again later.. and the website to reset password can’t be found.. I’ve contacted the company back in Jan 2022 and I still have not got any resolution… all I want is what was in the app..
