Apparently you do not share a sub for pro between iOS and Android. Too bad.
This is a world class radar app with one big caveat. The good: if you are familiar with the iOS app, expect similar (at a much higher price), with the ability to scale to your resolution of choice. The bad: reoccurring subscriptions purchased on iOS do not transfer over to the Android App, and initial buy in is @ 3x.
I've been using the iOS version of this software since the very beginning. I also use an app that shows a national radar map and temperatures and such, but when I want to examine what's happening at a local level, there is nothing that beats this program, in my opinion. I admit that a lot of the information presented is kind of technical, but as an weather fan it has been worth reading their help and learning about these things. I recently updated from the Pro1 tier ($10/yr) to the Pro2 tier ($100/yr) and have found it well worth it for all the new data and graphics to learn about.
Pay for a subscription for the iOS versiona and it not carry over to this app on the Android. really a horrible business model.
I've been a long time RadarScope user on iOS and Pro subscriber... I went ahead and purchased RadarScope for Android as a convenience factor despite it not offering any difference in functionality and the frankly exorbitant price in comparison to the iOS version. I soon discovered that despite my having a pro subscription (that works across iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices) I was not able to restore my subscription on the Android version. The RadarScope policy evidently requies yet another subscripton to work on the Android version and will not share my existing one (again despite offering no difference in functionality... and working across multiple other platforms). The app itself is good... the pricing and company policy are extremely dissappointing and feel exploitative. I'll be looking to replace RadarScope with other alternatives sadly.
