Overpriced at even 99cents!

Seems like they have taken the glossary from an elementary school textbook and passed it off as an encyclopedia!!! Do not waste your time downloading this app even if this is offered for FREE!

Dopey and uninformative

Poorly written and lacking in real information. It reads like a bad translation of a 2nd grade Hungarian textbook.

No Search - sparse cloud chart

Why on earth have a reference without a search feature? Why is there no comprehensive cloud identification feature? In the section on clouds there are only ten clouds. The Beaufort Scale does not include specific wind velocities This could develop into something good, but this version is not a good reference. No search! No easily accessible cloud charts!
