the Send is always greyed out. defeats the purpose. i asked for a refund

Developer no longer supports app

After 6 years of use the App crashes constantly. Have tried reaching out to the developer repeatedly and get no response. Deleting app, deletes all data. Also discovered that even though I had set app to sync with Dropbox it no longer was actively syncing. Lost many files and data. The Lite version is unusable as ads continuously take over the screen and are timed so you cannot “X” out until the timer expires.

Can you please update app and add the capability For creating a new passcode/ password ? My Password Doesn't work ? I paid for this WRITE-NOTE APP and now I am unable to sign in.
