Password Manager iPassSafe+ for Android

FINALLY after 3 months of inability to use my Mobile version, Almost everything seems to work again and no data was lost. Also now has option on right side with up arrow to Go directly to website login page with name and PW inserted for simple login to website with one click! However, I still cannot access the “Print ALL category” feature as advertised by tapping its title…nothing happens and the drop down menu of “View Items” doesn’t open? I submitted this note to support and on APP page several times but it was never published. I’ve tried to get “help” via the support option but no response and no other way to make contact with developers??!

Still broken -Version 15.32 On my Mobile iOS 15.6.1 Works fine on Android Can’t export to CVS file _______ and the main screen now has a side bar, with the favorites listed In side bar and the sub options are in the right screen That’s ok, But, When I select -> (example) websites My list shows in chronological order, Then I sort alphabetically Then choose my selected website for pw info etc, The right screen briefly shows my information needed -> then the right window closes, back to the Websites list in chronological order Even though the Alphabetical option is checked Fix the right window to stay open - so I can edit my passwords and other info When selecting in Settings -> select favorites— instantly closes the app

My Mobile version has become unusable when I open up the app and try to use is selected account page only stays open for a second and then the closes automatically , I cannot get it to stay open, so I can read the password.

It used to work great 5 stars for me) but it no longer functions in a usable manner. I was hoping version 15.30 might have fixed the problem I’ve been having with this for the last couple of months, but the details page still comes and goes before I can do or see anything. Also, I backed up my data to the cloud, my local machine (an Mobile Air 2), and Dropbox. There’s no way I can retrieve these files from any of these sources. This has turned into a nightmare, as I have lots of data—and some of it is irretrievable. Oddly, the Android version doesn’t have the same disappearing details problem, but I can’t import my data. Zero stars for the developer who can’t seem to recognize it doesn’t work with the machine it was designed for. Update: version 15.32 and IOS 16. Still doesn’t’ work.

Update: As of the last update on Oct 31, 2022 I’m unable to retrieve my passwords from my Mobile. The App was working then an update happened since the last updates back in 2021 the app sto working on my Mobile. The App opens but it does not et me retrieve, add or do anything on the App. Please fix the problem that a lot of us are having not able to retrieve our passwords. Every time you have an update I’m hopeful to have the problem fixed, but it’s not the case. I feel you don’t care. Proof me wrong and fix the problem so I can recommend the App other people. Hoping the problem will be fixed. I received the app as a little gift from my son. I was skeptical but I really like it now. I’m getting better and now I know my information is safe. Still liking the App I’d do much easier to keep my passwords safe. 12/21/21 The app has not disappointed me at all. I love it use it everyday. Get it. 1/15/2022 Since the last two updates, the App does not work on the Mobile, unable to use at all. I have contacted Support and no answer to my complaint about this issue. I’m not the only one with this issue and like me they also did not received an answer to their concerns. I hope the issue is addressed soon, if not I would not recommend the App to any more of my friends and family. Please address the issue that the App is unuseable on the Mobile.
