Also, you have a place on your website to change the language but nowhere can you do that in the App. Again, simple stuff that makes a world of a difference. Last, a mere suggestion: perhaps you can encourage users (ones who are advertising their houses with you) to upload a floor map. Many are confusing and hard to follow, where a floor map helps bring clarity in those situations. Even if not everyone does it, having a spot for it for each property may help inspire some to do it.
