This is an excellent app, and I’ve been using it for some years now, but… I have two groups of less than 50 (so it won’t get too big) that I send to very frequently. But recently some people in the group have been notifying me that they haven’t received the mailing that others in the group have. I’ve thought that maybe their settings needed changing. But when I go back into my MailShot, those entries are gone from my groups! I have to enter them again and resend… What?! This has happened with several mailings. These are people who have been receiving previous mailings, and suddenly they’re gone! My review will return to five stars when this issue is resolved. Please inform. Thank you!
This is a really elegant app. It does what it’s suppose to do in a very efficient and easy to use manner. Also the email support requests are answered really quickly. Well worth the cost.
The app was good at first. Even purchased it! Now I’m having issues with people not receiving emails. Even did a dummy email to myself and I am also not receiving emails.
This solved my problem of group emails from my Android.
